Byrvia provides general educational information and an automated relative-fit model. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, immigration, investment or banking advice and does not create an adviser-client relationship.
No formation or approval guarantee
Byrvia does not form companies, submit visa applications, open bank accounts, obtain payment processors or guarantee that a registry, tax authority, bank, platform or client will accept an application or invoice.
Evidence and change
We aim to cite current official sources and show checked dates. Laws, fees, administrative practice and provider policies can change without notice. Source links may be incomplete, unavailable or interpreted differently for a specific case.
How Byrvia is paid
The decision engine is free. A founder-prepared pilot research brief is offered at $39 only after Byrvia confirms the specific scope and availability and you agree to proceed; there is no automatic purchase or bank-approval service on the site. Byrvia may earn a disclosed referral fee if you form a company or open a bank account through a partner link shown next to a recommendation. Those links cannot change scores. Byrvia does not sell rankings, featured placements or the automated shortlist.
The diagnostic's three shortlisted names, scores, cautions, evidence links and disclosed partner links can be read without an email address. Email is optional to save a workspace or request an introduction. A workspace stores the shortlist and a 12-month reminder list. The reminder list is not tax, legal or filing advice. Introductions are optional next steps, not professional advice.
Workspace accounts
A workspace account lets you reopen the shortlist you already unlocked. Sign-in is by emailed one-time link. You remain responsible for the email account that receives that link. Byrvia may suspend accounts that create security, legal or operational risk.
Your responsibility
Before incorporating or moving money, verify the facts with the relevant authority and obtain qualified advice in every country where you live, manage the business, hire, hold inventory or serve customers. Validate banking and client eligibility directly with those third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, third-party confidential information, credentials, identity documents, tax identifiers or automated spam. We may reject or delete submissions that create security, legal or operational risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Byrvia is not liable for decisions, filings, taxes, penalties, lost approvals, lost revenue or indirect losses arising from reliance on the site or partner referrals. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
